    Dalwhinnie 15 year - 1 liter. One of highest of all Highland distilleries, Dalwhinnie produces a welcomingly gentle whisky that's full of character. Smooth, soft and lasting flavors of heather, honey sweetness and vanilla are followed by a lingering finish of smoke, peat and malt.
  • Chivas Regal 12 years - 1 liter. Chivas is a blend of many different malt and grain Scotch whiskies, matured for at least 12 years. This rich, smooth blend balances flavorful styles of wild herbs, heather and honey with substance and tradition and a modern twist.

    Aged in a perfect marriage of 1st fill European and American ex-sherry oak casks, the Macallan Terra Malt Scotch Whisky is a moment - a pause in time to be sipped, swallowed, and slowly savored. The nose opens with a complex cascade of apples, ginger, and woody foliage over hints of sherry and rich chocolate. These complement a palate of plump raisins, oak, apricots, juicy strawberries, and old-fashioned toffee candies.

    The Macallan Enigma is the pinnacle. A single malt shaped and influenced closer to the Macallan’s spiritual home than the three preceding whiskies. The inspiration for Enigma is quite simply Spain. This rich and intense single malt offers up mature oak with subtleties of cinnamon, vanilla and dried fruit.

  • Matured in made-to-order casks and created from a combination of the oldest and rarest Glenmorangie whiskeys, Signet uses high roasted 'chocolate' malt barley and is unchill-filtered. The velvety taste follows a nose of chocolate torte and treacle plum pudding.
  • Benromach Peat Smoke is a seriously smoky single malt whisky produced in very small batches. There’s cracked pepper with sweet strawberry and orange flavors, a delicate hint of aniseed combined with a lingering edge of bonfire embers. With water, slow cooked apple, pear and tangy grapefruit give way to a trace of cocoa powder and an absolutely gorgeous edge of lingering cigars. It’s a wonderfully fruity and smoky single malt whisky.
