The palate is treated to a harmonious dance of flavors, with luscious fruits and indulgent chocolate taking center stage. Citrusy undertones provide a refreshing and invigorating twist, complementing the sweetness of the honey vanilla notes. • Fine quality water from is essential for whisky making, but the process of barrel aging is an important procedure for us as well. It is with this combination that The Mitsui Mizunara oak is born. A single malt whisky distilled in the rich, natural environment of Tottori and aged in Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks. Combined with the bitter flavor of unblended whisky, a faintly sweet, aged aroma tickles the nose with a smooth yet rich, lingering aftertaste.
  • This 100% malt whisky is blended and aged at least 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels by Kurayoshi Distillery. Proofed with the famously soft ground waters of Tottori Prefecture’s Mount Daisen and bottled without additives or coloring, this is a fantastic introduction to the Japanese whisky flavor profile. The texture is soft, and the nose fragrant. The flavor is reminiscent of nuts and dried figs, with a subtle kiss of vanilla.
  • Red Door Gin is a small-batch, handcrafted London Dry style gin. The botanical selection was inspired by Scotland’s mountains, forests and coastal fringes, featuring the likes of bitter orange, sea buckthorn, heather and rowanberries among juniper. Distilled in the affectionately named copper pot still, ‘Peggy’, Red Door Gin was created using the vapour-infused distilling method, which steams the neutral base spirit through a total of eight botanicals.
  • An extra dry gin from the heart of Mexico City, this unique gin celebrates Mexico's luscious flora and curandera healing ceremonies. Infused with palo santo, myrrh, and jasmine besides the more conventional botanicals.
  • This extra dry gin is so soft, light and ethereal. Infused with prickly pear, orange blossom, raspberry, juniper berries, coriander seeds and lime. Clean, bright and fragrant, add tonic soda or make a prickly pear gimlet with lime cordial.

Spirits for their whisky are sourced from both Scotland and Japan before making their way to Kurayoshi Distillery, where they are blended, aged, and proofed down with the famously soft ground waters of Tottori Prefecture. This blended, non-age statement whisky exhibits delicate grain sweetness and a lingering hint of black pepper.

  • An elegant and delicious gin, bursting with the vibrant exotic fruits of kumquat, Persian lime, pomelo and mandarin. With beautiful, aromatic notes of lively sweet citrus and crisp juniper, Hayman's Exotic Citrus is tangy and zesty giving way to a refreshing and wonderfully smooth finish.
  • The Hayman family is the oldest gin-producing family in London, dating to 1863. Hayman's London Dry Gin presents an intense, oily texture from juniper, angelica, and orris root, accented by a bit of citrus.
  • Hayman’s Royal Dock Navy Strength Gin is their high proof offering, bottled at the legendary proof point where supposedly soaked gunpowder will still ignite. Perfectly classic styled nose which hits all the expected marks. Lots of crisp pine-accented juniper, with hints of angelica, coriander and citrus zest. The citrus notes are particularly what stand out for me and what sets it apart. The palate has a lovely, thick, creamy mouth feel. Zesty orange peel and dried lemon accompany a heady, un-abiding juniper dominated mid-palate.
