Hayman's Gently Rested Gin was first distilled by hand before it was rested in Scotch whisky casks for just three weeks. This brief wood contact was intended to add nuance and individuality to an already wonderful dry gin. Citrus forward, with hints of fresh ginger and coriander in tow. Toasty nutmeg and peppery coriander again, while orange oil tempers any heat. The juniper imparts earthy richness. -
