Boulard VSOP calvados is the result of the blending of different Calvados Pays d'Auge aged for at least 4 years in oak barrels. An aromatic nose of honey, creme brule, and toasted almonds leads to a medium-bodied, fruit-driven, yet bone dry palate. Fresh and baked apples and mild warming spices linger in a subtle dry finish.
