Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey is a blend of two straight rye mash bills, aged 4 to 6 years in high-char American oak barrels. The first is a high-rye, which adds notes of cinnamon and clove, and the second, a low-rye, contributes notes of caramel, honey, and citrus peel. The final spirit is proofed with limestone-filtered water from our spring house built in 1909 and represents our team’s thoughtful approach to crafting a classic Maryland-style rye whiskey.

Eagle Rare Bourbon Whiskey is masterfully crafted and carefully aged for no less than ten years. Eagle Rare is a bourbon that lives up to its name with its lofty, distinctive taste experience. The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering. -
This whisky has been aged initially in former Bourbon American oak barrels, before a finishing period in cask that previously contained Pedro Ximénez sherry. The result is an extremely flavorsome Jura whisky, which serves up all the classic oily peat and maritime flavors, alongside some delicious notes of jammy fruit, sweet wine, wood spice, toffee and dried fruits. -
Star of Bombay Gin is slow-distilled during the vapour infusion process, which gives it an extraordinary smoothness. Star of Bombay Gin's ambrette and bergamot botanicals round off its flavour profile with floral and citrus notes. -
The individual malt and grain whiskies which make up the blend are initially aged in charred bourbon casks. These are combined to form the blend and returned to Port Ruby casks for further maturation. Cranberry and vanilla oak tannin. Ripe summer fruits and a hint of spice. Initial spiciness, followed by a smooth velvety sweetness. Deep notes of oak and red berry. -
