Firestone’s spin on a traditional marzen style beer. Oaktoberfest is brewed using caramel malts and traditional noble hops. After primary fermentation, this year’s rendition was partially lagered in neutral oak barrels. This imparts subtle French oak flavors while keeping the beer soft and balanced.
