Crafter’s London Dry Gin 1L

A rather intriguing gin produced by Estonian company Liviko. 23 recipes were tried before the distillery settled on this formula. Produced in pot stills, from an Estonian grain spirit, this gin features interesting botanicals including fennel seed and veronica (a cress-like flowering plant). More conventional gin botanicals complete the recipe.

The final result is an herbaceous and spicy, juniper-forward gin, packed waves of verdant and citrusy flavors.
