The Aperol Spritz is currently found everywhere and it is really a very refreshing and summerly cocktail. Add to this that it is super easy to make and lighter on the alcohol, and you have a real winner!

There is probably a great many ways to prepare an Aperol Spritz but the “official” recipe is like this:

• Fill a (large) white wine glass with lots of ice
• Pour 3 parts of Prosecco (9cl)
• Followed by 2 parts of Aperol (6cl)
• And 1 splash of soda (Sprite, 7-Up or similar) (3cl)

Garnish with an orange slice or two and enjoy!
