Who are we?

At NAAFI, we ‘serve the services’ going to extraordinary lengths to provide the comforts of home to our Armed Forces, NATO civilians and their families.

From retail and leisure to catering and laundry, our mission is to enrich the lives of service personnel and their families, which is why all our surpluses go back into supporting Armed Forces wherever they need us.

How Does NAAFI Store Work?

NAAFI Click & Collect Service

  • The NAAFI Store offers duty-free items such as alcohol and tobacco. Duty-free items can be purchased during our opening hours or via our online store.
  • The purchase of duty-free items is contingent on membership of the SACT Mess and ID will be required for in-store purchases. For online purchases setting up an approved account is a requirement.
  • In addition to duty-free items the store also sells duty-paid items such as drinks & snacks and NAAFI enterprise products. Mess membership is not required to purchase.
  • Please note the NAAFI Store is a cashless environment and a debit or credit card will be required to make a purchase.
